Don’t miss a possible opportunity to walk through that door. Our lives are defined by opportunities.
F. Scott Fitzgerald
As a strength-based clinician, I work from a systemic orientation to creatively and compassionately build non-judgmental relationships in order to collaborate with individuals, couples and families as they walk the path toward hope and healing.
As an AAMFT supervisory candidate, I offer supervision to provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists moving toward full licensure.
Working in the non-profit world for many years, I’ve seen first hand the resiliency of the human spirit in overcoming trauma, tragedy and challenging life circumstances. I value individuals as experts in their own lives, understanding the immense internal resources and ability to navigate toward answers when given a safe space and time to share and be heard with a listening, empathetic partner.
Moving from my non-profit work in community service into mental health therapy was a natural progression. With the support of my amazing, energetic and large blended family, I sought licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy. It has been a terrific fit and feels just right. I absolutely believe we are forged by our past and current experiences and every relationship that touches our lives. This is why I chose systemic therapy and am humbled and honored to sit with individuals as they discover their way forward.
I believe my own life experiences with all of its challenges, chaos and beauty, work and training provide me with expertise in walking with folks
